MangalPatrika ("we", "us") is operated by Ishan Rathi, India. By using this website you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide an online tool to design wedding invitation cards and marriage biodatas from our templates. Designing and previewing is free. Downloading a design in high resolution without a watermark (as PDF and JPG images) requires a one-time payment of the price shown before checkout.

What you are buying

Each payment unlocks one design: one card for one couple, or one biodata for one person. After purchase you may edit the details, switch templates and download again at no extra cost. Names may only be corrected for spelling. A design for a different couple or person is a new purchase.

Licence

All templates and artwork are owned by MangalPatrika. After purchase you may use, share and print your card for your own wedding, personally and commercially through print shops. You may not resell our templates or offer them as your own design service.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, text and photos you add, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Do not upload unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes anyone's rights.

Your private link

After saving a card you receive a private link. Anyone with it can edit and download that card, so keep it private.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Please check every detail on your card before sharing or printing it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the card concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
